Caring for MyCELLF with Mikra’s CELLF

By Stephanie Jankowski Leave a Comment

This is a happily sponsored post. Carry on.

It’s happening a lot lately, forgetting what I was going to say or why I walked into a room. And if I don’t engage in the physical act of writing something down, there’s no chance I remember it either. I used to be so organized that I was a step ahead of myself, but that sure ain’t the case these days.

No, I don’t have a medical problem. I have kids.

Plus, I’ll be 42 this year. Aging kinda sucks, but I’m convinced it’s better than the alternative. So what if my lady bags are a bit saggy and I’ve earned some natural whitelights in my hair?! I’m more confident now in my sun-spotted skin than I ever was in my 20s, mostly because I’ve learned to harness the good energy and block the bad.

And if you got that Happy Gilmore reference, we are now best friends.

Aaaaanyhoo, I have a point, but I forget it. KIDDING! Aging people humor! The point is this: we can’t stop the effects of aging, so we might as well just embrace the ride and do the best we can with what we’ve got. Sags, bags, forgetfulness and all. Our bodies are changing, so we’ve got to change too; ensuring our bodies get what they need to keep us going through the next chapter of life.

Gone are the days I can comfortably bank three hours of sleep or enjoy a hamburger and a few beers without recourse. Today, I prioritize sleep, try like crazy to stay active, and drink as much water as possible because that’s the bare minimum I need to function like a normal human being. I’ve also begun incorporating a daily supplement into my morning routine:

I’d never known a supplement to care about my body on a cellular level until Mikra’s CELLF. So much of what’s marketed to women–aging or not!–focuses only on our physical appearance. God forbid we look our age! Stop it. Listen, I take pride in my appearance (my children will dispute this point), but how I feel and what my body can do have always been more important than what people think I look like.

CELLF boosts my energy and improves my mental focus. It helps with inflammation and aids in better sleep and quicker recovery from healthy things like a good work-out…or questionable decisions like partaking in one too many adult beverages. I appreciate that CELLF cares what I feel like.

Mikra is focused on maximizing the number of years you feel healthy and like your best “you” (your healthspan). Most people don’t consider the state of their cellular health when issues like fatigue or inflammation begin to pop up regularly. Often, adults aged 30+ chalk up these newer hurdles to “the new normal” to be expected as you age. We created CELLF to act as the functional base of your toolkit to defy the effects of biological aging and orchestrate your true new normal: feeling like your best self, every day.

Feeling like your best self, every day. YES PLEASE.

Admittedly, CELLF doesn’t look like other supplements. That’s a good thing. It’s more easily absorbed which is easier on digestion and if your digestive tract hasn’t failed you at least once by now, are you even over 40?! There aren’t any fake fillers, either. CELLF is all-natural and free of things like lactose, soy, GMOs and other crap that hurts my old lady stomach.

Speaking of old lady: while it’s true CELLF is mostly marketed to my age group, anyone can take it because it’s just plain good for ya. A proactive approach to health is just smart. You wouldn’t wake up one morning and decide to run a marathon that day. It’s important to train and maintain–the earlier we start, the better.

Here’s to being our best selves, every day! Okay, maybe just most days. Let’s be reasonable.
