Another Open Letter to Ass Coulter

By Stephanie Jankowski 6 Comments

Dear Ann,

Hi, you suck, and on so many different levels. Let’s take a walk down memory lane, shall we?

1. Remember the time you were chatting with Matt Lauer and you actually said these words about 9/11 widows: “These broads are millionaires, lionized on TV and in articles about them, reveling in their status as celebrities and stalked by griefparrazies. I have never seen people enjoying their husband’s death so much.” I have never wanted to drop kick a stranger until I witnessed this interview. You are appalling.

2. Just last month, Whoopie Goldberg almost threw down because you kept talking about what it’s like to be poor or to be black. Fact checker alert: you’re a rich white lady who hides behind Jesus every time you make an indecent comment. Please don’t pretend to know or care about anyone but yourself and the Tea Party.

3. You have actually said  that you think women are negatively impacting our country because so many females vote for Democrats. You made the unforgiving comment that if the rest of us would give up our right to vote, you would do the same. If you’re not pleased with the direction of our country because women FOUGHT for and EARNED the privilege to have a VOICE, kindly see yourself to North Korea. I think you and that nut bag will get along quite well.

4. Finally, and the reason for my letter: earlier this week, you completely lost your gourd and called President Obama a “retard.” And to add insult to injury, you have subsequently defended your choice of words, attempting to justify saying such a despicable thing. REALLY?! Is it so hard to admit that you were wrong? That you got all fired up and didn’t think before you spoke? Or Tweeted…whatever. We’ve all been there, Ann. Had you been able to wave your white flag, maybe a few more of us would have been able to see a human side to you, and fewer would currently hate your guts. I mean, the chances are slim, but throw us a bone.

I’m no fancy political pundit, and I’ve never been asked to share my insights regarding the Presidential elections. Come to think of it, I’ve never been asked to share my insights about you. Oh well, almost done now! What knowledge I lack in politics, I make up for in people. I know people and I know that in order for us to be any kind of nation, Democratic or Republican, we need to heed Dr. Martin Luther King’s dream: little black boys and little black girls joining hands with little white boys and little white girls so they can make a collective “clothesline” and take you out at the knees. No need to Google that; I’m sure it’s what MLK meant.

Give my best to Todd Akin,

Probably voting for Obama so I have ZERO in common with you
